Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran Responds to Flood in Pakistan

In response to torrential and lashes of rain in Pakistan led to devastating flash flood,

the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) immediately declared its preparedness for giving assistance to the flood-stricken and affected people of the said country and swung into action by shipping food and non-food items including 900 pcs of relief tents, 750 pcs of blankets, 450 pcs of moquettes, 250 pcs of kitchen sets, 200 gallons of jerry cans, 7500 tins of canned food, 800 boxes of washing powder, 154 cartons of medicine, and 230 cartons of medical items.
