Monday, May 3, 2010: H.E. Mr. Borghaei the Foreign Secretary and the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in Economic Affairs arrived at Islamabad, Pakistan.
H.E. Borghaei on Monday, called on Dr. Hafeez Sheikh, Advisor to Prime Minister of Pakistan on Finance.
In this meeting ways to improve bilateral coordination were discussed, moreover necessary proposals for conducting the forthcoming 18th Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting between two countries was endorsed.
Honorable Foreign Secretary of Iran emphasized on the cordial relations between two countries under given circumstances and assured Iran’s determination to participate for creating appropriate opportunities for economic development of Pakistan.
