224 members of the Iranian Parliament, while signing a statement, denounced the American massacre and crimes in Pakistan. Full text of this statement, which was read out today in the open session of the Iranian Parliament, is as follows:

Once against the criminals of the arrogant America have shed the blood of a number of the sons of the brotherly country of Pakistan, and made the Muslims mournful. This is not the first hostile act of America, and will not be the last act. We, the representatives of the Muslim nation of Iran, offer our condolences on the tyrannical martyrdom of these soldiers of the Islamic homeland of Pakistan to the great nation of Pakistan, representatives of the people, the Government of that country and families of the martyrs. We ask our respected colleagues in the Parliament of Pakistan to review Pakistan's ties with America. Now the time has come that a positive response be given to the demand of the wakeful nation of Pakistan, and by virtue of decisive action of the representatives, the excessive acts and future crimes of America as well as the disrespect being shown to the territorial integrity of Pakistan be prevented.
